1. Payment Policy

All payments for our online live instructor-led training and certification assistance services must be made through PayPal. We accept all major credit and debit cards via PayPal’s secure payment gateway.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

• You may cancel your registration for a training session within 48 hours of registration to be eligible for a refund.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 48 hours of registration.

Refund Policy:

• Refunds are not applicable for:
  • Postgraduate (PG) Programs
  • Advanced Certification Programs
• If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. We will make every effort to resolve your concern.
  • If we are unable to meet your expectations, a full refund will be issued.
